Hello Fellow Rotarians and Friends, We’re inviting you to join us for a hands-on morning of service!
We’ll be rolling up our sleeves to help with whatever is needed most that day: preparing garden beds for vegetable planting, clearing weeds and brush, and getting the space ready for a new accessible pathway that will allow individuals using wheelchairs to pick their own produce from the garden. This is a meaningful opportunity to support a local organization doing incredible work. OCAPDD runs a social enterprise garden that produces fresh food, supports programming, and donates excess produce to the local food bank. It’s a powerful example of community, inclusion, and sustainability in action. Friends and family are absolutely welcome. I’ll be bringing my kids - and the TimBits! Sign up here: Gardening and Lunch RSVP If there’s enough interest, we can head out for lunch together afterwards as well. A few quick notes:
We’d love to see a great group out for this. It’s a simple way to make a real impact together. For additional information, please feel free to contact us via our Facebook |
