Strategic Planning

This committee is to develop a 3-5 year plan for the club based on the Strategic Plan presented by the district. It is to address some or all of the following:1. Increase our visibility and impact, 2. Expand our reach, 3.Enhance our participant engagement and 4. Increase our ability to adapt. Once the plan is developed it will be presented to the board for discussion and then to the membership for for review and acceptance.
