As a mother with lived experience in youth addiction and related mental health issues, I will forever be indebted to the Dave Smith Youth Treatment Centre for saving my son’s life. My mission is to reduce stigma and shame that so unnecessarily comes with addiction and mental health.
With over seven years as Vice President of Philanthropy at Dave Smith Youth Treatment Centre, my focus has been on advancing the organization’s mission through strategic leadership in donor management, major gift development, and stewardship. I have successfully developed and executed comprehensive marketing strategies, leading to a $20 million capital project fundraising campaign and increased organizational visibility.
