Arthur Saper on behalf of the ABCs of Fraud Program provided tips to CTV Morning Live to help avoid a grandparent scam. The Ottawa Police Service reports an increase in calls related to the grandparents scam. That's where a grandparent receives a frantic call from someone they believe is a grandchild.
