Tech Tip Tuesday: Emailing Members in Club Runner

ClubRunner RCWO Tech Tip

September 8, 2026: Are you planning an event and need support, volunteers, or input from Committees or general Club membership? You can use ClubRunner to reach out to Club members!

Steps:

  1. Visiting RCWO.org
  2. Log in to the “Member Area”
  3. On the left hand side bar, click “Communication”
  4. On the top right, click “Compose new message”
  5. Add your Subject Line
  6. Write your email
  7. Choose the recipients*
  8. Send your email

*Do take care not to email all members on a frequent basis.
