Hello Fellow Rotarians and Friends, We’re inviting you to join us for a hands-on morning of service!
We’ll be rolling up our sleeves to help with whatever is needed most that day: preparing garden beds for vegetable planting, clearing weeds and brush, and getting the space ready for a new accessible pathway that will allow individuals using wheelchairs to pick their own produce from the garden. This is a meaningful opportunity to support a local organization doing incredible work. OCAPDD runs a social enterprise garden that produces fresh food, supports programming, and donates excess produce to the local food bank. It’s a powerful example of community, inclusion, and sustainability in action. Friends and family are absolutely welcome. A few quick notes:

The Social & Recreation Committee is pleased to invite you, your families and guests to a Club Pool Party! Saturday, June 6, 1:00 to 4:00 PM. Hosted by Erin and Sandy Ueffing 40 Spring Cress Drive. Please bring: swimsuits, towels, sunscreen, PFDs, etc. There will be a Splash-Free Zone for anyone who prefers to stay dry! For those who prefer, there will also be: • Bubble station Snack and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided by the hosts! Parking Please park on Spring Cress Drive or, if you don't mind a short walk, on Foxglove Crescent. There will be signs to guide you to the pool area, or simply come on in when you arrive! Rain Plan We will make a final weather decision at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. If the weather doesn't cooperate, we will reschedule the pool party for Saturday, June 20, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. We're looking forward to an afternoon of outdoor summer fun!
